How to set up your website to Cloudflare's Enterprise plan

Welcome to Cloudflare Enterprise!

This guide for those who are looking to set up and add your website onto Cloudflare Enterprise's (ENT) plan.

Note : The following guide only applies to existing ENT customers. All new Enterprise customers will have to go through your Customer Success Manager to ensure you have received access to add Enterprise domains.

There are two ways to set your Cloudflare plan to Enterprise, depending on how you are upgrading to enterprise as a new or current user.

  1. New Cloudflare users (Option 1) - How to add your site and set it to Cloudflare's Enterprise plan OR
  2. Current Cloudflare users (Option 2) - How to change your site's current plan and set it to Cloudflare's Enterprise plan

Option 1 - How to add your site and set it to Cloudflare's Enterprise plan

Here are the steps to add new domains as Enterprise to Cloudflare below:

Step 1 - Add your site

When you would like to add a new domain to your Cloudflare account, go through the normal "Add site" process.

That is, in Cloudflare.com once you log in, click on the "Add site" link in the top right.

Step 2 - Select Enterprise

You will then be presented and asked to choose your Cloudflare Plan. Here you will be shown the number of remaining Enterprise Plan slots you have remaining. Select "Enterprise Website" and then select "Continue".

Option 2 - How to change your site's current plan and set it to Cloudflare's Enterprise plan

This explains how to upgrade your new domains to Enterprise in Cloudflare, if you are a current Cloudflare user on the Free, Professional or Business plans.

Step 1 - Change plan in your Dashboard
In your Cloudflare dashboard, you will see a "Change Plan" option. You'll see this once you log in where you should see an "Overview" tab, scroll down that page and look for a section that says "Change Plan".

Step 2 - Select Enterprise
You will then be presented and asked to choose your Cloudflare Plan. Here you will be shown the number of remaining Enterprise Plan slots you have remaining. Select "Enterprise Website" and then select "Continue".

Assuming you have paid for Enterprise, you should see an option to add in the x number of Enterprise Websites. Select that option to enable Enterprise for your domain.
