How do I enter Windows Azure DNS records in Cloudflare?

To configure your Azure DNS settings, follow these instructions from Microsoft.

After you've obtained information about your records from Azure, you need to enter them in your Cloudflare DNS settings.

The records in your Cloudflare DNS settings need to be in the following format:

  • A record - A yourdomain.com points to the origin web server IP (insert server IP of your domain).
  • CNAME record - CNAME www.yourdomain.com is an alias of yourdomain.azurewebsites.net

The value yourdomain.com represents your actual domain name.

For you verification records, see Create domain verification record in the Azure documentation.

Again, make sure you replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.
