Generally speaking, no. Search engines like Google should generally not penalize for being on shared IPs, unless there are many sites that are considered spammy on the IP addresses. Domain factors are generally what is taken into account relative to SEO and how a site ranks in SERPs. If your site has been hacked or has malware on it, then it could impact your SERPs until the problem has been cleaned up.
