This article only applies to version 1.3.0 and higher of our WHMCS module.
By default the Cloudflare WHMCS module adds a blue button to the right side of the dashboard to allow end users to setup Cloudflare on domains that they have added Cloudflare to.
Partners who provide an alternate link to this page can disable the plugin through the addon settings page. To do this go to Setup -> Addon Modules and then select Configure to the right of the Cloudflare description.
One option to provide an alternate link to Cloudflare is to customize the header.tpl file of your theme. The following code adds the correct link to the module in your main menu file. It is recommended to only add this link within the "$loggedin" section.
<li><a id="Menu-Setup_Cloudflare" href="index.php?m=cloudflare">Setup Cloudflare</a></li>
