Error: "Load Balancing is not enabled"

If you're attempting to use the Load Balancing API and your account and/or zone are not currently enabled for access, you will see the below error:

If you're part of the Early Access program, reply to your existing Load Balancing ticket and we'll be able to enable you. If you're not currently part of the program, you can apply via Enterprise customers should contact their Customer Success Manager to enquire.
