Viewing and revoking active Cloudflare dashboard sessions

Improve Cloudflare account security by tracking and revoking access to all sessions that you’re logged in to.


Overview

The ability to monitor your Cloudflare account activity allows you to identify and stop suspicious or unwanted activity associated with your email address.

Each time your email is used to log into your Cloudflare account, a session begins. You will see session information including if the device is currently viewing the dashboard, the IP address, location, device type, browser type, and last active login in the Sessions tab of your account. 

Each Cloudflare user can view a list of active sessions associated with their email address and revoke any session that is not the current session.

If you have a multi-user account, this session tab will only show the active sessions associated with your email address.

View active sessions

To view the active Cloudflare sessions associated with your email address: 

  1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
  2. Under the My Profile dropdown, click My Profile.
  3. Click the Sessions tab. 

You will see the following information for active users and their sessions:

  • device type
  • browser type
  • IP address used at login
  • location
  • current login
  • last active login
  • an indication of the current session

Revoke active sessions

When there is more than one active session, you can revoke any session that is not the current session.

To revoke a session, 

  1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
  2. Under the My Profile dropdown, click My Profile.
  3. Click the Sessions tab. 
  4. Scroll down to the session you would like to revoke, then click Revoke.session_listing_multiple_session.png
  5. You will be prompted to enter your password before revoking the session
A password is not required when using SSO with Cloudflare.
